A Rewarding Calling
When I first entered the world of alternative medicine, it was the first time I truly felt aligned. I saw the power of alternative medicine and I knew I was making a difference—and that feeling changed everything.
After years in the corporate world feeling unfulfilled, my soul needed purpose. As a lifelong student, I discovered Reflexology and was deeply moved by how powerful hands-on care could be in creating lasting improvements in health.
Nutrition and Acupuncture soon followed. In 2000, our young family moved to the Vancouver area, and after deep reflection and research, I committed to a four-year acupuncture program.
At my core, I knew this was the work I was meant to do.
Over time, my work naturally evolved. I began to see patterns in women’s health, weight struggles, hormone imbalances, and burnout. That evolution led me to expand beyond treatment alone and into coaching, education, mindset support, and structured guidance so women could experience real, lasting change.

I have been in private practice since 2004 and remain actively practicing acupuncture in Nanaimo. My approach has always been relationship-based, not transactional. I do not just treat symptoms. I work with the whole woman.
